In our ongoing search for seasoning blends and dry spice rubs that are not your ordinary fare we have developed a delicious Bourbon Coffee rub. The deep richness of our famous Bourbon Coffee combined with the seasoning salts provide an ideal crust on your steak. This crust helps hold in the natural flavors and juices so that the steak doesn't dry out prematurely. I used this Bourbon Coffee Rub on smoked brisket and got the best bark ever. Also great on Ribs.
Ingredients: Bourbon Infused Coffee, salt, sugar, paprika, garlic, onion, mustard, oregano, celery, cinnamon, black pepper.
HOW TO USE: Apply our Bourbon Coffee Rub just 30 minutes to an hour before cooking in order to prevent its bold taste from overpowering the natural flavor of the meat. Use one tablespoon per pound of beef or pork for even coverage and flavor distribution.
