Hot Sausage Seasoning
Use 1/3 cup of Sausage Seasoning and 1 cup of ice cold water per 5 lbs of ground meat. 1/3 cup of Seasoning weighs approximately 1.7 ounces.
Ingredients: Hand blended from Sea salt, brown sugar, sage, fennel seed, coriander, black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes and caraway habanero powder.
